Equipped with the backlit LCD InTouch® Fitness Monitor, the Avari Programmable Magnetic Rower features 12 exercise programs specifically designed for a remarkably effective total-body workout. Seven of the preset programs automatically adjust the magnetic tension of the row machine, maximizing your cardiovascular workout without the annoyance (or excuse if you’re so inclined) of interrupting the routine. You can also use the bonus electronic chest strap to monitor just how high each program pushes your heartrate — especially effective during the target heart rate program.
