Orders being sent to remote Canadian locations are subject to an added shipping charge, which varies depending on size and weight of the product(s) being shipped. We do not attempt to make any money on the shipping expenses, and have researched shipping costs to ensure the charge issued is on par with what we actually pay to ship the average order.
SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Shipping: Up to 150lbs. your item will be shipped via UPS Standard and arrival time approx. 1-2weeks) If the item is overweight (over 150 lbs.) We will use a trucking company to deliver the item, in which case delivery will be to the curbside, and arrival time 2-3 weeks.
Finer Fitness Inc. ships to all Canadian provinces and continental United States only. U.S. Customers will be responsible for their own brokerage fees after shipping and purchase of the items from Finer Fitness Inc.
Once the order is complete all transactions are final. If customer wants to cancel the order, they will be charged the shipping and handling fee to destination and will be charged a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Finer Fitness Inc.
Refund for item will only then be processed after Finer Fitness Inc. deems the product not used and in original condition as when it was shipped.
Finer Fitness Inc. reserves the right to cancel orders, if product is not in stock & will refund the customer in full, Finer Fitness Inc. are not liable or responsible for any damages caused by the equipment or misuse.
No Refunds or Exchanges unless authorized by management. Returns that are authorized are subject to a 25% restocking fee (Shipping & Handling will be the responsibility of the customer and not Finer Fitness Inc.)
By using our site, and through your purchase, you acknowledge and attest that you understand these risks, and you take full responsibility for
your own actions. Finer Fitness recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. Finer Fitness will not be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from use of any items purchased.
For hygienic reasons, no return, refund, exchange or in store credit on the following:
Products installed by customer.

• Stability balls

• Medicine balls
• Books, DVDs, tapes, charts
• Wrist/knee/ hand/ wraps
• Heavy/speed/double end bags
• Inversion boots/tables|
• Yoga or Pilates equipment
• Bands/stretch tubing
• Ankle cuffs
• Wrist/ankle weights
• Weighted vest
• Balance cushions/boards
• Body bars
• Benches - Unless still in original manufacturer’s packaging un-tampered, un-opened. 25% restocking fee will be charged.
Finer Fitness will not take back, exchange or give any in store credit for product picked up and installed by buyer.
The following products do not have an in-home labour warranty
• All home gyms
• Racks/ Smith machines/cages
• Leg curls/extensions/presses/squats/calf raises
• Ab boards or any type of sit-up board
• Lat pull down machine or attachment
• Bars of any type
Same day returns
If product is returned for refund the same day as it was purchased, the product must be in the manufacturers original packaging and a 25% restocking fee will be charged. This does not apply to the products listed in section 1, unless special conditions are stated on the invoice.
There are no warranties of any type on the following products:

There will be a 50% non-refundable deposit on all non-warranty parts, payable in advance.
There is no refund, exchange or in store credit on non-warranty parts.
If, after 30 days, Finer Fitness Inc. is unable to acquire the part, customer’s deposit will be refunded.
General maintenance and upkeep
Finer Fitness is not responsible for general maintenance and upkeep of exercise equipment including, but not limited to tracking of belts, lubricating the walking belt of your treadmill and tightening and checking cables of your home gym. It is the customer’s responsibility to read the owner’s manual thoroughly and understand how to maintain and upkeep all components of the equipment purchased.
